Note : musiche composte e dirette da Ennio Morricone. Di questo singolo esistono ben 4 differenti emissioni, tutte con lo stesso numero di catalogo. Tre hanno la copertina identica mentre l'ultima, quella del disco ora in asta differisce dalle altre per l'aggiunta del titolo in Italiano. Nella prima, più comune, il brano western è cantato in Inglese con il titolo " An Eye for An Eye ", la seconda, pur mantenendo lo stesso titolo in Inglese è invece cantata in Italiano, la terza con la medesima copertina riporta sull'etichetta il titolo in Italiano con l'autore del suo testo : M. G. Gaspari. Naturalmente in quest'ultimo caso la canzone è in Italiano. Infine il disco qui presente in asta, senza dubbio il più raro dei quattro. Differisce nel lato frontale della copertina dove compare la scritta " Occhio per Occhio " con sotto " An Eye for An Eye ". Etichetta e canzone come nel terzo disco citato sopra.  Molto buona anche la canzone del secondo lato : un adattamento di Morricone del " Largo " di George Friedrich Händel con testo Italiano dello stesso Graf sotto il suo vero nome Maurizio Attanasio. Dotato di una bella timbrica vigorosa trasmette alla bella melodia delle due canzoni un'onda vocale di fresca intensità. In entrambi i brani sono presenti i Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni.

Notes : music and orchestra Ennio Morricone.  This single has 4 different releases, all with the same catalogue number. Three have the same cover as the last, that of the record now in auction is different from the others for the addition of the Italian title.  In the first, more common, the western song is performed in English with the title " An Eye for An Eye ", the second, but with the same title in English is instead sung in Italian, the third with the same cover reports on the label the title in Italian and the name of its lyricist M. G. Gaspari. Of course in the latter case the song is in Italian. Finally the single here present in auction, undoubtedly the rarest of the four. It differs from the others in the front cover where appears the inscription " Occhio per Occhio " and at the below " An Eye for An Eye ". Label and song as the third release mentioned above. Excellent also the song of the second side: an adaptation of Morricone from " Largo " by George Frideric Händel with Italian lyrics by Graf himself under his real name Maurizio Attanasio. He has an attractive vigorous tonality which transmits to the fine melody of the two songs a vocal wave of fresh intensity.  In both tracks are present I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni.
