You are bidding on a rare, original, black gospel, LP record album, from the early 1960's, entitled, "Encore!! With The Soul Stirrers", featuring Sam Cooke, on the Sar record label, #SAR-LPM-504. The labels are in very good condition with light wear. The vinyl on Side 1 is in fair condition with light and moderate, scattered scratching. The vinyl on Side 2 is in fair minus condition some more of the same. The vinyl gloss is nice and shiny. The jacket is in fair condition. There are edge splits at the top, a little less than half way across, and at the bottom, a little more than half way across. There is some general other edge and corner wear with small fraying. The back side surface has light and moderate ring wear and soiling against the white background and a name written in large letters, at the upper right hand corner. Please see the photos. This would be a good LP to have, until you could upgrade, which could be a challenge, due to its rarity. This is a 3-day, no reserve auction.
