Description
All records in my ebay shop listed as 'Buy it now' have been fully play tested and carefully listened to. I do not understand how records can be properly graded by visual inspection only. Some mint looking records can sound awful and some marked records sound perfect. My prices may sometimes seen a little high but please remember I can only list a few records a week and you will receive what was described and no nasty surprises! Please read back through my feedback to see what buyers think of my descriptions and record quality.
EMI Studio Two TWO 350 / Massenet: El Cid-ballet music / Scenes Pittoresques / The Last Sleep of the Virgin / City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra / Lous Fremaux.
Original record in lovely condition. Lovely surface shine with no visible marks when viewed under a halogen lamp. Minimal spindle marks on the labels. Matrix Nos. YAX 4247-1 & YAX 4248-2. Two EMI box labels.
The original sleeve with November 1971 date code(7111) is in excellent condition. Nice clean unmarked flipbacks, straight unworn edges with wear to the bottom right corner only. The sleeve does have a crease across the bottom left corner but this does not show on the rear which is nice and clean with no labels or writing.
Fully play tested and sounds great throughout. No clicks, ticks or anything else apart from the odd inevitable dust pop.
Grading:
Mint means factory sealed and therefore unplayed
Near mint means there are no visible marks on the record and if there are no spindle marks on the labels either that will be stated. The record will have been fully played and the sound quality described.
Excellent means there are one or visible marks that will be explained and the sound quality described.
Sleeves are carefully described and photographed.

Please note: A box set with 3 LPs will generally have the same shipping price as 4 LPs and a 4 LP box set the same as 5 LPs, etc. Sometimes if the box has a heavy libretto for example this will not apply. Sometimes 7 LPs is too heavy for 1 parcel and therefore I will have to split into 2 parcels and sometimes the records weigh less and I can reduce the cost. I always weigh the complete order and packing before sending an invoice. If I can save you money I will.
