Description

FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION - first time offered.
This 45 is, and has been confirmed by an expert to be, ORIGINAL! (Expert option is available in writing.)  An Elvis on SUN RECORDS...is, tho close, perhaps not entirely rare in/of itself; but in this condition, it must be considered "rare" indeed!
Playgraded, I give it a NM-minus - as I cannot hear ANY crackles, hiss, or other noises; no scratches, no skips, no anything but pure Elvis, and Scotty & Bill.
Visual grading, I give it (due to an imperfection on the Mystery Train side - and what this is, is not clear to me [see photos]) a VG++ ---------- while on the " I Forgot to Remember..." side, it is - in my opinion - clearly a VG+++.  The only things keeping this 45 from being near mint minus (other than that one imperfection) are numerous superficial scratchings on both sides - NONE OF WHICH are anywhere close to deep - none are audible - nor are they otherwise remarkable; they are just....there.
Both labels are (visually) as close to near mint as I have ever seen on an original Sun 45 (other than in the R&R Hall of Fame, that is!); BUT, to be conservative, I'll give BOTH a near mint MINUS!
I have tried to photo all the markings in the "run-out" sections - which include one etching ["a  triangle" in front of the numbers "5478"] --- and a 2nd etching ["45-U-156-X"] --- following about 1/2 inch from the "45...." etching is the 3rd etching [the number "20"].  These etchings appear (the same) on both run-outs.
Shipping to US mainland addresses will be FREE!  Shipping elsewhere will be acc. to current USPS or FedEx rates (your choice; but also at your cost).
