TITLE/ARTIST: Please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - 45's, Pic Sleeves, EP's and LP's from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" and all in great condition! Here is one of the earliest LP's by Elvis Presley - with the "special" gatefold jacket with the 1960 calendar on it's backside - and on the original "Long Play", RCA Victor Label. This is just one of several early LP's by "The King" that I will be listing over the next couple of weeks, so check in it you are interested. The record is entitled, "A Date With Elvis" and is on the original, 1st pressing, "Long Play" RCA Victor Label and features all those great shots of "The King" in his Army uniform - on both the front side as well as inside the gatefold jacket. The gatefold jacket's backside is an entire 1960 calendar - reinforcing it's 1st press status. In addition to all of this, there is an original RCA Victor inner sleeve which actually pictures this Elvis album in it's list of available albums from RCA at the time. So, please view all 12 pictures above for the song titles, jacket pictures and more. LABEL INFO: This original black with silver print, "Long Play", RCA Victor Label (LPM-2011) is in super good shape and close to perfect - I see just a couple super light spindle lines, so actual play was obviously quite light. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is nearly perfect and shows no flaws at all. I'd have to say it's nearly as clean and nice as the day it was first pressed. JACKET INFO: The jacket is super good and also just about as good as new - the small hole at the album's very top was put there by the company to make the jacket a "wall hanging" piece - everything is pictured above so please check out all 12 pictures. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this collectible Elvis LP is in great condition - the vinyl, the jacket, and all - as always, I'm beginning the bidding at a very low price, so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, years, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
