This is a sweet record.  This 1956 RCA Record is the first Elvis RCA record.  This record is a Very Good+++.    It would be a near mint but it has some surface marks that does not interfere with the sound. The cover is another story.   The top seam is totally ripped from one side to the other.  The bottom seam is 2/3 ripped.   This cover is also very worn.     With a good cover this could be a $400  to  $500 record.
