ELVIS PRESLEY~Strictly Elvis~Ep 45+Cardboard Picture Sleeve-RCA VICTOR #EPA-994. There's spots as you can see that I'm pointing too and of course the sleeve issue.

I just want to let everyone know I'm trying to clean all of these records they were my uncles in plastic storage looks like dirt? I'm using record cleaner on them. I do not know how to grade these in no way please ask questions I'll answer them to the best knowledge as I can.  Please keep in mind the sleeves are vintage and will have wear and tear. please also check out my other auctions to combine shipping thanks for looking.
