ELVIS PRESLEY - 1960 ACETATE DEMO LP? UNRELEASED? HEAR

This is an Estate find.
Take it for what it's worth. The person I bought this from claimed his father met Elvis several times. The house had literally thousands of Elvis items in it. This auction includes one 12" RCA acetate Signed by Elvis on side one and "to John Best Wishes Elvis Presley" on side two.

Acetates of any artists are rare, but Elvis ACETATES are very rare.

Acetates were made for test recordings and or reference recordings. There is a fine coating of wax on a metal disc. This particular record does have many scuffs & scratches (good / fair condition).  2 songs skip. It still comes in its original plain white protective sleeve with just the name ELVIS on it. Acetates are certainly amongst the rarest records in the world.

Elvis usually listened to these test recordings and made a decision on whether he like the recording or not. Sometimes he would throw them away, especially if he did not like the recording.  Sometimes one of his entourage would retrieve the record.

The record is MONO. At least It does not sound stereo to my ears. I'm not sure of the track listing. Only a few songs I recognize.
"?" next to songs I'm not sure of. 3 songs on side 2 sound like 1960 acoustic demos?!

The sleeve is only heavy plain white cardboard, someone wrote the word ELVIS on it. Can't add photo. If you'd like to see it, please send email address. Also, this came with another signed LP. "Elvis Aloha From Hawaii" QUAD version. And a note from the previous owner that states "ELVIS SIGNATURE. Album was bought in Memphis. Was signed in 1973 Outside Graceland at night". This note came with the acetate & the quad LP I'm listing this Thursday.
