On offer here is a MEGA rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Elvis Presley called "Rock'n'Roll No.2" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1957 UK MONO 1st pressing!!! THIS LP IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND IS THE EASILY RAREST UK ELVIS LP!!!!  THIS IS THE 1957 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS HMV LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, A 1ST PRESS 'XT' TAX CODE, AND 1ST PRESS FULLY LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY RARE!!!!   IT EVEN HAS ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE (with 'Take good Care Of Your Records.... etc' text in a square around the centre) - WHICH IS SO OFTEN MISSING!!!!  ANOTHER THING I WANT TO STRESS HERE IS THAT I AM GRADING THIS RECORD EXACTLY AS I WOULD GRADE ANY OTHER RECORD, AND NOT IN ANY WAY 'COMPENSATING' FOR AGE.  AGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GRADING A RECORD - AND MY GRADINGS ARE ALWAYS 100% UNAFFECTED BY THE AGE OF A RECORD.  THIS LP ISNT PERFECT - BUT IT IS CERTAINLY MUCH BETTER THAN MOST THAT TURN UP - WITH A VERY NICE LOOKING COVER AND A GREAT RECORD!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  IT IS SO MASSIVELY RARE TO FIND A 1957 HMV MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  The Cat. No is CLP 1105 on the 1957 1st Press HMV label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Elvis Presley at his best!!!! Any fan of Elvis Presley, or 50s/60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  There is some MEGA faint rubbing to the Side 2 label (VERY light - see pictures), and VERY hard to see sticker removal mark towards the right on the Side 1 label - but take a look at the pictures - These are VERY nice labels indeed!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition and INCREDIBLY hard to find in this condition!!!!  Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a VERY few light hairlines, a couple of tiny surface marks, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THIS RECORD STILL RETAINS EVERY BIT OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS BRILLIANT!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! When I played the record through it played with only a VERY few clicks/pops (barely ANY), NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and only some typical slight low level background crackle in places - fairly typical of these 1950s 1st Pressings.  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better - and it is SO TOUGH to find a 1st Press record from this LP in this condition!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in AWESOME condition!!!!  The 1st Press FULLY LAMINATED Flipback Cover is in GREAT condition (with reservations - I will describe below)!!!! Firstly it is important to stress that overall this cover looks GREAT (see pictures) and has NO tape, NO writing, NO splits, NO staining, NO yellowing, STUNNING shiny laminate, and SUPERB colour!!!! There is also NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, NO laminate lifting, and only slight corner wear (NO splits)!!!! There is only a VERY few TINY creases (MEGA rare on this cover - most turn up heavily creased), NO long creaselines, NO folds and the cover is VERY flat looking!!!!  There is also NO 'dirty' brown edge creases which so often blight this cover. The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO yellowing, NO writing, NO rubbing, and NO grubbyness!!!! However it is important for me to stress that this cover has been professionally repaired at some point in its past.  And I must stress PROFESSIONALLY and done EXCEPTIONALLY well.  The previous owner told me he had had it professionally repaired about 5 years ago - and since then it remained untouched in a plastic sleeve. Clearly at some point in the past the cover was torn in 2 or 3 places on the right hand side front and a small piece of the cover was also lost.  HOWEVER the tears have been STUNNINGLY repaired (see picture) and the small piece that was lost on the opening edge has been backed with paper and 'touched in' to virtually the PERFECT colour!!!!  I must also stress that this has clearly been repaired by an absolute professional.  All the tears are 100% solid and can NEVER come loose again.  The repairs have NO tape, NO colour loss, and its is VERY clear that this cover has been repaired to the highest standards!!!!  There is also 2 smaller tears on the reverse of the cover - and again these have been repaired to the highest standards with NO tape, etc!!!!  JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  This really is a GREAT looking cover!!!!  Everything on this cover is 100% solid and it is still EXTREMELY rare to find a GREAT looking and VERY presentable cover like this one!!!!  The cover because of the repairs must grade Good+ if not better - though in actual fact it probably looks as good as some covers graded even higher (especially as the rest of the cover really is in BRILLIANT condition)!!!!  IT IS SO RARE TO FIND THIS LP WITH A GREAT, AND A VERY PRESENTABLE COVER LIKE THIS ONE!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE PERFECT, BUT IT HAS A PERFECTLY SOLID, USEABLE, VERY NICE LOOKING, AND VERY PRESENTABLE COVER, AND A GREAT RECORD - AND IS CERTAINLY MUCH BETTER THAN MOST COPIES OF THIS LP THAT TURN UP FOR SALE!!!!  THIS LP REALLY IS INCREDIBLY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT!!!!
