1st Pressing UK VINYL LP 1956 - HMV label - EXCELLENT CONDITION!

 

Catalogue Number:

  • His Master's Voice CLP1093

Description:

  • This is the rare 1956 1st pressing debut Elvis LP on the HMV label in excellent condition
  • The HMV pressings pre-date the RCA label in the UK
  • Fully laminated sleeve with half moon flipback flaps on the back
  • XT tax code embossed near the spindle hole
  • Includes original 1956 poly-lined paper inner sleeve with "Take Good Care Of Your Records" printed around the centre hole

Condition:

  • The 59 year-old record is in pristine EXCELLENT condition. The vinyl is bright and shiny and it plays great with no damage or defects

  • The red HMV labels are in great condition with no fading. The colour is very strong and the gold writing is clear and sharp. Moderate spindle trails around the centre hole

  • The fully laminated sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition with shelf wear and rubbing on the spines, but no splits or tears. Some discolouration around the flipback flaps
