SAME DAY HANDLING

It is our policy to get things out the door the same day you ordered your payment is received. Orders placed after 10PM EST will go out the very next morning.

GENERAL & COMBINED SHIPPING

Our policy is to get your item packed and shipped same business day, however orders placed after 10PM Eastern Standard Time will be promptly sent out the next

morning. Tracking numbers will always be provided, and for larger ticket items

insurance is required and normally included in quoted shipping rate, no surprises. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple items purchased; at checkout send a total request and we will invoice you with the corrected totals ASAP on multiple

purchases. For most combined items no additional shipping fee will be required, but there are times if it is multiple large items that there may be an additional cost. Please ask if you have any questions.

PAYMENT

We are a paypal preferred vendor, please use paypal to pay for your items and we promise to get that item out to you ASAP. If you do not have a paypal account you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com. Paypal allows you the option to pay for your items in multiple ways, offering you better flexibility and security. Payment is due within 48 hours of date of winning. After that time your item maybe relisted or sold to another bidder.
