Description
The box is showing some very minor age related marking but the contents are pretty much like new. Each disc is contained in its own sleeve with the name of the record on a paper banner secured to the top front of the sleeve. This banner is missing from the first disc, "All shook up". All of the other sleeves have this banner. There is some light wearing to the sleeves of the disc which is in the form of a circular pattern corresponding with the edge of the discs. This can be seen in photo 10. The discs and sleeves are a loose fit inside the box and I presume this wear has been caused by the sleeves rubbing against themselves inside the box. I have examined each disc thoroughly and each is completely unmarked and like new, with two exceptions.Disc 3, the B side there is a faint mark, too light to be a scratch, on the second track. Disc 7, the B side, there is what looks like a rub mark, definitely not a scratch, about half a millimetre wide which runs across both tracks. There is no obvious cause and I cannot see how it would affect the play. I don't own a record player so cannot test it. If any of these discs have been played then they have been treated very carefully. Will be posted Royal Mail, Tracked 48 and with contents of the box secured to ensure that there are no further wear marks on the outsides of the individual sleeves.
