Description

An original, unplayed copy of Elvis Presley's fifth (and final) 45 for Sun: 1955's "Mystery Train"/"I Forgot To Remember To Forget" (Sun 223) from the personal collection of Sun Records Promotion Manager Cecil Scaife. As you can see by the photos, this 45 comes straight out of its original shipping box (NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS AUCTION) and is guaranteed original and unplayed!

There are no known copies of this record, from this collection, being in mint condition.  This auction will not be ended early.  This record will run the full duration and sell to the highest bidder. 

This 45 is guaranteed unplayed but must be graded as near mint, due to a few of hairline surface scratches. The labels, however, are mint--with a spindle hole that still has raw flecks flaking off of it.
