"LOVE ME TENDER" HMV 7EG8199 45 RPM E.P,
WITH RARE LABEL ANOMALY.
A nice copy of the LOVE ME TENDER HMV E.P of 1957 with, according to Paul Alner, the author of the brilliant "ELVIS ON RECORD - A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO UK RECORD RELEASES - 1956 -2017" , an unusual label anomaly with the "SIDE 1" & "SIDE 2" being placed lower on the label, than seen on any other version of this E.P. A real nice copy, by no means mint, but one that I have photographed honestly to show it's pluses & minuses ( see detailed pics ) & a great addition to any Elvis collection. Labels looks good, minus any sticky labels or writing & record has plenty of shine but shows signs of plenty of use, but no major deep scratches other than a 1" or so through LMT itself but not deep & record plays through without any skips or jumps. Cover has great sheen, some bends & nicks but still a very presentable sleeve.
