Part of my large collection of Elvis Presley singles & EPs which I will continue to list over the coming weeks, including HMV, RCA, Victor UK & USA releases from 1950s onwards. Most are auction, some with just 99p starts. "King Creole" Volume 2 EP
1969 USA RCA EPA-4321 Orange Labels with Picture Sleeve
plus Original 1958 Black Label Dog-On-Top disc
One sleeve and two discs: Fantastic example of the scarce Orange Label issue from 1969 with sleeve plus an original first pressing with black DOT labels thrown in (disc only).
Condition:
The stiff card sleeve is in fantastic condition, see photos. Just very slight shelf-wear to surfaces, no discoloration, crisp white reverse. No seam splits. Graded 9/10, MINT-
The 1969 disc orange labels retain all their shine and look as new, unmarked. On A-side, just faint sleeve rub marks on playing surfaces under close scrutiny. B-side has a slight 'cloudy' look across playing surface, but otherwise appears unmarked. Audio is excellent both sides, although a little more background hiss on B-side. Disc is stored in a separate poly-sleeve. Graded overall 9/10, EXCELLENT condition.
The 1958 disc is in relatively poor condition. It has been well-played. The labels have noticeable wear (see photo). Playing surfaces are quite marked and although it still gets through both sides without skipping, it's a noisy journey.
This is from my own carefully stored collection of 40 years+. Grading is to UK Record Collector guide (and please see my feedback - I have sold a number of USA EPs in Excellent to Mint condition). I have tried to be as accurate as possible with release dates and relevant detail and hope I have supplied all the information you need but please ask if you need further information.
