ELVIS PRESLEY - GOOD ROCKIN' TONIGHT - [SUN 210]
Here is an incredibly rare opportunity to own a Sun 78 disc from Elvis' earliest recordings.
It's not in the best condition, but how often do you hold a Sun 78 in your hands?? I've never seen another and I've been collecting for 45 years. (I bought this as part of a big 50s singles hoard a couple were selling.) I have stored this in an album cover since buying it so that it's had the best protection possible.
This record has sold on eBay for over $1200 and usually gets over $600 - so I think I'm starting this auction at a really good price.
The labels have writing on them and the shellac has needle marks - I have lightened one photo as much as possible to show the condition. However, the appearance doesn't affect playability, which is good. There are very few clicks and it doesn't skip at all.
The disc is in GOOD - VGOOD condition. There are several needle marks on both sides. I have lightened the photo of the B-side and the closeup so you can see the condition.
The label is in GOOD-VG condition. There are no marks or tears on either label and spindle wear is minimal. There is writing on both labels - see the photos.
