Description
ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ GOLDEN RECORDS (LSP-1707) “STAGGERED STEREO” FIRST PRESSING from 1962
RECORD: VG+ with many very light scuffs that should not have much, if any, effect on the audible performance. The “Staggered Stereo” labels on this Indianapolis pressing are simply beautiful with only a couple of light spindle marks noticed under a bright light. These particular labels were available for only a couple of years, beginning in 1962 until the “White Top” labels were introduced. The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) and just a whisper away from Near Mint! There are no seam splits, tape, staple holes or unwanted stickers anywhere on this cover. This was apparently a gift from “Darlene Hudson to Donna Hunter” decades ago, as the blue ball-point writing indicates on the back side to the upper left corner area. The original store price sticker (“WHOM $4.98”) is seen to the opposite corner of the handwriting. All edges, including the spine, are solid and fully legible! Minimal scuffing or ring wear is noticed upon scrutiny.
GOOD LUCK!
First and foremost, I do NOT practice the use of "file photos" because I do not believe in it. Using file photos can be misleading to unsuspecting buyers to believe that they will receive an item superior to that which they will receive upon purchase.
All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.
Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
2024 marks 47 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley because he is "The King".
