ELVIS PRESLEY – “ELVIS' CHRISTMAS ALBUM” (CAS-2428)
RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with very clean, glossy surfaces! Only a few very light scuffs are noticed under a bright light. This Pickwick/Camden release should play like new. The Pickwick labels are pristine! This album was issued in December of 1976 with a newly-styled cover than the original release on the RCA Camden label in 1970.
COVER: VG+ with absolutely no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. There is, however, some light ring wear on each side as well as some edge and corner wear. There were apparently millions of this Christmas album produced, but only a very small number produced with the all-green back side! There is no known explanation as to why these were produced in this manner, although some believe that they were made for giveaways at some of Elvis' Las Vegas concert appearances in late 1976. The original “PICKWICK” inner sleeve is included.
