The vinyl record is in excellent condition and sounds excellent.
The cardboard gatefold sleeve with the attached book would have graded excellent except for the spine has been repaired and it has a very small seam split at the top of the record pocket.
The inner sleeve is in excellent condition.
The attached book is still attached firmly and is in excellent condition.
