ELVIS PRESLEY EP Perfect for Parties Highlight Album VG
If you have been to my eBay auctions before looking at records then you know. Conservatively graded and accurate. Most of these are from my collection or stash and some I have had for over 50 years. This particular group has been kept together and is part of a collection I bought from a wholesaler over 30 years ago. He distributed records, and I am sure payola, to numerous radio stations throughout the Northeast. Most of this group dates from 1956-59 with numerous DJ and promo copies. I have sold numerous records and many of them in the hundreds of $$$. The QUINTONES, I'm Willing, The Downbeats, Solotones, Seniors, Montclairs and more. It's not an accident nor an easy find. Some of my collection came from Slim (Times Sq) when I traded him for a record on his wall and walked out with 20 or 30 records, most of which I kept. What a great place to be when cutting school. All my records are visually graded, magnified! If there is the slightest imperfection or doubt it is played on an old portable with a fly-weight tone arm. This copy of The Highlighter Album only featues one cut by Elvis, "Love Me", others by various RCA artists. From 1956 its overall condition is excellent. The picture sleeve has no splits or paper loss. The back shows some light handling and has a small stain. The labels appear as new and the vinyl is bright and glistening. There is a slight light stain on the Elvis track. It doesn't not effect play or eye appeal whatsoever, mentioned for accuracy. Still overall this grades an easy VG-VVG. Any tiny white specs are dust.
