It's RANK is #887 in Jerry Osborne's Official Guide to the 1000 Most Valuable Records.

Record: Very Good Plus:  This is the RARE Version with Alternate take of "Old Shep" on Side 2.  Matrix number is 17S.  When played, Elvis sings "he grew old AND his eyes were growing dim", (no AND is on the Standard Press).

Cover/Sleeve: Very Good (also has an ink name on back).

Grading System for Records

Sealed: Brand new, Never open, Never Played.

Mint: These are absolutely perfect in every way

Near Mint: Records are shiny, with no visible defects. Records still play Mint.

Excellent: Records are still shiny, The beginning of defects. Begin to hear slight noise.

Very Good Plus: Records losing some of the shine. Records with more signs of wear, very light scratches.
 
Very Good: Possible Slight warps. They lack gloss. Groove wear is evident on sight.

Good: Good does not mean bad. The record still plays through without skipping . But it has significant surface noise and groove wear.

Fair: Records are cracked, warped, or skip.


Grading System for Covers

Sealed: Brand new, Never open.

Mint: Covers are absolutely perfect in every way.

Near Mint: Covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind.

Excellent: May have creases. May have ring wear.

Very Good Plus: Covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split.

Very Good: Covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear. Creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious. 

Good: A Good cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing.

Fair: Covers are heavily damaged.
