The record has lost it's shine and looks slightly dull but it doesn't affect play and apart from that, there are hardly any marks and it grades VG+ to EX. 

The insert has hardly any wear apart from very light yellowing and it grades EX+.

The sleeve has very light wear. Very light corner wear with slightly more on the top left corner. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX to EX+.

There is a small 5mm tear in the middle of the Obi on the right edge.
