MEGARARE and Hard-To-Find RCA Records very first Mono press released, made and distributed by RCA Victor Records in Chile in 1965, catalog number 94-0415, with machine etched matrix numbers 94-0415- AA (“AA” handwritten) in Side A and 94-0415 AA (“AA” handwritten) in Side B, with traditional black/silver RCA Victor Records labels with 3-prong push-out center and big white “RCA Victor” with rounded red “RCA” logo at top. Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER FIND from Chile!!!

“Echoes Of Love” was originally included in the soundtrack of 1964 film “Kissin’ Cousins” and as far as I know this song was never released as a single in USA, but in 1965 we got in Chile this song as a single, with song “Ask Me”, originally released as a single in USA in 1964 (with song “Ain't That Loving You Baby” in Side B). Song titles are written in Spanish, translated to English, with full credits for songwriters and play time of each song. It’s interesting to notice that sides aren’t identified in labels and matrix numbers, but here in Chile the Side A is “Echoes Of Love”. So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE and UNIQUE CHILEAN PRESS of this classic hit by Elvis Presley, with Spanish-written song titles. WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE for all fans, lovers and collectors of Elvis Presley and/or early Rock’N’Roll music!!!

This record doesn’t have a cover. The record is in nice VG or VG+ condition both sides, glossy and clean, with many soft scuffs, hairlines and very light scratches, which don’t affect play at all, with the push-out center removed. Labels are in VG or VG+ condition both sides, clear and clean, with some spindle hole wear and faint discoloration. The sound is in strong VG or even VG+ condition both sides, loud, clear and clean, with a soft background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), with constant soft crackles and some light occasional clicks here and there, which don’t cause major distraction from the loud and clear sound this record keeps from the beginning to the end. Overall, for sure this record is not for the strictest Minty minds or audiophiles, but this is still a great record in this MEGARARE and UNIQUE CHILEAN PRESS with Spanish-written song titles, with a nice glossy look, fully readable labels and a very decent and respectable sound quality after about 55 years, which won’t disappoint anyone and will satisfy any serious collector who knows the label of rarity of this Chilean single. Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! Click on the pictures to enlarge and see the labels and cover in detail. WOW!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.
