This is an unbelievable copy of the 1957 very first pressing of Elvis' Christmas Album on RCA mono LP LOC-1035. 1S/1S stampers, indicating the very very earliest pressing. Original "long play" top-dog silver print labels and gold lettering on the spine. The disc has maybe one or two very light superficial scuffs but barely. Really it is nearly perfectly mint. It plays absolutely flawlessly and just beautifully. A scuff on the first track that makes no sound and some very very minor superficial hairlines, but really it plays just fantastically. The cover is is just lovely as well, with a couple of minor issues.
There is a bit of light cornerwear but really not bad, and there is a touch of splitting on the spine. Not the cover splitting but the cloth "tape" that is on the spine. Just a little splitting, not bad at all. Very very light general shelfwear as well, but overall it is a simply gorgeous cover. The booklet is just about flawless, except the last page has a crease at the upper corner, and there is a name written on the last page that shows Elvis' other records. Overall a simply stunning copy... it is rarely ever in this shape. This is truly a top, top copy, very hard to beat. Merry Christmas.
