DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE - FRONT & EDGES: clear tape along edges and tears at the bottom near the opening which have been neatly repaired with clear tape...some storage wear to corners and edges, otherwise OK...spine lettering nice and clear: G
SLEEVE - REAR: some wear along opening, otherwise great..all lettering lovely and clear...nice and clean: VG+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: several light marks and a couple of deeper ones...plays much better with just the occasional click and light crackle..no jumps: VISUAL G+ / PLAYS VG+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: several light surface marks and a couple of deeper ones...as with side one, plays much better with just the occasional click and light crackle..no jumps: VISUAL G+ / PLAYS VG+
LABELS: light spindle marking, otherwise very nice: EX-
Not perfect then, by any means, but plays nicely and would benefit, I'm sure, from a professional clean. I know that people prefer different methods and products, so like to leave that to the buyer !

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
