I am thinning out my lifetime collection of records, cds, books, vintage clothing, vintage household items etc etc over the coming months (or years!). I have been collecting all things 1950s for nearly 40 years & a lot of it has to go … to make room for new acquisitions! Please check out my “other items” for more great stuff.
A very very rare Lp, so much so it's almost impossible to find out any info on it on the internet-

Rare US American Forces Radio & Television Services 12-track promotional-only library transcription vinyl LP, banded for broadcast to US forces overseas. Contains 5 tracks from the live album with song & cue timings printed on the custom label, plus a further 7 from 'Elvis Sings Hits From His Movies' on the flip
Comes in just a generic white sleeve & labels look great. Record shows well but does shows signs of play. The Madison Sq side starts with crackles but ends up playing well & with a bass line more prominent than I remember on the original LP ... but it has been a while! The Sings Hits From side

On 10-Sep-23 at 21:00:28 BST, seller added the following information:A bid was immediately put on the listing before I realised I hadn't finished the description of side 2 ! - Side 2 plays similar to side 1 less the bass line. I plan to put the record through my pro record cleaner before the auction end.
On 14-Sep-23 at 23:18:29 BST, seller added the following information:The record has now had a thorough clean with "L'art Du Son" & vacuumed. It has a very minor warp that does not affect play (see video) Madison Side has some scuff marks thru S Minds which causes some slight distort & Hits side has a light scratch through the first 3 songs which gives the occasional click. I know most will bid on it just to own it because of it's rarity but it's still nice to know the condition.
