Laminated picture sleeve with rear flip backs, side opening with the HMV dog positioned in the bottom middle of the rear sleeve rather than to the left in later presses.
Green HMV labels with 4 prong centre.

Matrix A: G2-WH-7523-1N with a 1 stamper at 9 o’clock, RT stamped just above this & a G stamper at 3 o’clock.
Matrix B: G2-WH-7524-1N with a 1 stamper at 9 o’clock, RT stamped just above this & a G stamper at 3 o’clock.

Vinyl remarkably still has a good sheen & plays through with no skips, sticks or jumps. Obviously for a record of this age you are going to get some background & surface noise, crackle in places. Light hairlines & some visible surface scratches on side A. Light hairlines & some visible surface scratches on side B. These are under the lamp and none are feel able throughout. Vinyl is in good shape for its age really. Labels have no stickers or writing, faint spindle wears to the centres & none of the 4 prongs are snapped. Outer laminated flip back sleeve has no stickers or writing. Small scuff to top of sleeve forming a fine split approx one inch. There is wear round the opening from vinyl removal and a small nick to the front sleeve side opening about half way down. Light age related yellowing to white of sleeve, with some visible light ring wear. Again has survived pretty well for its age.

All records are properly play tested through headphones unless otherwise stated or still sealed.. All vinyl is inspected under a bright halogen lamp.. I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my gradings and never grade a record as M unless its new or sealed.

Vinyl graded first then outer / inner sleeves etc. Vinyl always separated from sleeve in transit. Comes in new PVC protective sleeve with new anti static inner when inner sleeve is printed or a new one is required. Posted with stiffener in sturdy vinyl mailer always signed for, insured and proof of postage always retained. Any international postage is also always signed for, tracked and with healthy insurance.

Vinyl can be combined,, up to 3 thin or 2 wide spine per mailer. Spine size generally stated in listing and I always provide new mailers / packing material etc. If you wish to combine please mail me to state your intentions thank you.
