Description
This is another Sun Label ELVIS PRESLEY 45 RPM RECORD from my personal collection. It is from 1955 by ELVIS PRESLEY. On SUN LABEL number 215, song tiles are: "MILKCOW BLUES BOOGIE" and "YOU'RE A HEARTBREAKER". The record plays through clean and clear. You can see and feel the press marks on the record. The label has damage, and this is'nt something that I did, it was like this when I got the record a long time ago. I bought it to display on the wall with my collection, and I always figured if I would ever find one with a better label at all the estate auctions I went to, that I would replace it. Well I never did find a replacement for it, but I did'nt mind since it played good anyway, and I just kept adding other records to my collection, for display , not playing. I had a juke box full of other records for playing. The trail off reads: U - 140 - 45 72 on one side, and U - 141 - 45 - 72 on the other side. I don't know if ink can be removed from a record label, if so then it would be up to you if you wanted to try and clean the label, to me it was fine, at least I had the most important thing, (the record) for my collection. This record has'nt been played for about 20 to 25 years, but I know it plays through, and clear on both sides. It's a very valuable record, but because of the markings on the label, I will start the listing lower, and you can determine the value for me. The label has the name SUN colored in with a pen or marker on both sides, plus a line drawn under the song title on one side, and a few other markings as well, BUT REMEMBER, the record plays through clean and clear on both sides.. I'll have close ups of the label both sides for you to see. It will come with a SUN dust sleeve, and be sandwiched between 1/2 inch strophome inside my package for mailing.
