MINT Vinyl / EXCELLENT cover. SEALED One of Elvis Costello's best albums (and he's got a LOT of great albums), here's an ORIGINAL SEALED copy of "Armed Forces", and it includes the then limited EP "Elvis Costello Live at Hollywood High", an EXCELLENT live 7" with "Accidents Will Happen", "Allison", and "Watching The Detectives". These three EP tracks are only available on an extended CD or his new (pricey) "Armed Forces" box set. This was one of my Senior year High School albums that got played umteen times, including the EP. Just as good as the previous "This Years Model" and a bit better than his debut "My Aim Is True", this album includes the tracks "Accidents Will Happen", "Senior Service", "Olivers Army", "Big Boys", "Green Shirt" and "Party Girl" on Side One, with "Goon Squad", "Busy Bodies", "Moods For Moderns", "Chemistry Class", "Two Little Hitlers" and the classic Nick Lowe penned "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace Love and Understanding", a song up there with "Imagine" for those wondering what happened to people lately...This is in as-new condition. The front of the cover has two HYPE STICKERS, one fairly large one with a picture of EC, the other advertising the Limited Edition EP. The front top right does have a very neatly cut promo corner. These did not make it to the bargain bin, it was pretty popular with us New Wave/Punkers at the time. Sorry to our regulars, I have had some physical issues that have impeded me from posting much lately, I'll try harder lol. Like you, I buy vinyl on eBay for my own collection, and am so often disappointed from inaccurate descriptions & fuzzy pictures. We aren't one of those sellers!    We've been selling on eBay for awhile now, having stopped for a slew of surgeries and now retired from employment because of it. So, we're opening up a record store where it will be easier for me to stay active with my issues, and all proceeds from sales of our (mostly rare / scarce) vinyl goes towards making our store a reality (building records racks now, and our CD racks are full!). I post here as often as I can, please message if you're looking for something in particular. WE MAIL UNTO OTHERS AS WE WOULD HAVE THEM MAIL TO US! This will be by Media Mail, which is a bit slower but allows us to ship all US vinyl purchases FREE! We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours. Lastly, yes, we are a few dollars more on average, but, we use new official LP mailers, cardboard inserts, plastic sleeves, and it will arrive safely.
