If you believe you are covered by paypals insurance , think again.. I got ripped off last November for over £750.00. paypal have finally paid out... £21.01 yes!! and is all they have done on my behalf was send the seller 1 that`s ONE email which the seller doesn`t even have to reply to. If you have something stolen in the post paypal ask you for infomation that you just can`t give them like a copy of your police complaint which you won`t be able provide because the item wasn`t stolen from you but the postal service therfore the postal service have to make the complaint (call the police in) which they won`t do because they say they have thiere own investigation squad , and you won`t hear from them for over three months, which by this time your failure to supply paypal whith the information in time (10days) has elapsed and they will close you claim. Also they will wait for 20 days AFTER you put in your claim before they ask you to supply this evidence which has to be faxed to them within ten days of thiere request leaving you to run around trying to prove you have not recieved an item. Then believe it or not they will ask you to return the item (that you havn`t received ) to the seller . then you have to fax the proof of postage to paypal within a certain time or your claim will be closed. BELIEVE ME WHEN YOU SEE THIERE LOGO TELLING YOU YOU ARE COVERED FOR UP TO £500.00 OR £1000.00        NOW PLEASE VIEW MY ITEM
