Description

Recorded in June, 1967 at RCA Recording Studio, NYC. This is a 1968 ABC Impulse A-9160 “Heavy Sounds - Elvin Jones and Richard Davis” first stereo release. Photos show condition and details of actual items.

Album Description

·      VINYL- NM: Album has never been played. A visual review of both sides shows no scuffs or scratches. Side-1: AS 9160-A LW and Side-2: AS 9160-B LW stamped in the runout. Vinyl cleaned using a VPI record cleaning machine before shipping. Any spindle wear occurred during the cleaning process.

·      RECORD LABELS: Black with outer red circle. Impulse and ABC logos in a box with rainbow-colored borders.

·      COVER- VG++: Four page gatefold has very little age wear. Glossy front and back covers have no writing, edge wear or seam splits. Two very thin air bubbles along left front cover.

·      SLEEVE: Original printed paper sleeve.
