This is the rare UK early press of 'Tumbleweed Connection’ by Elton John. This early press is complete with the A1/B2 matrix, the vinyl is translucent red when held to the light and the label has the wide rim around the outside. The vinyl has the original inner sleeve and Garrod & Lofthouse textured gatefold sleeve, with inner booklet.
The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl is extremely glossy, with a few wispy light marks on both sides. The label is bold and clean with bright text and just a little spindle wear.
The record sits completely flat on the turntable and when played the sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl plays through exceptionally clear and bright. Very rich, bold sound from start to finish.
The Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. The image is superb, the colour is bold and it is sharp and completely unworn. The edges are extremely firm, there is just light edge wear. The inside is superb and the spine is firm with clear text. 526 (GS 6.6.6 (526))
