Description

Beautiful copy of the rare original 1969 true first UK pressing of Elton’s Empty Sky LP on DJM Records DJLPS-403. Original translucent vinyl pressing and textured gatefold cover. The vinyl looks black until you hold it to the light. See photo. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just gorgeously. The cover is also remarkably clean, with only tiny ringwear noticeable on the back and just the tiniest signs of gentle use. These textured covers are usually quite worn with lots of ringwear and whitening all over, but this is absolutely stunningly clean. Really a top, top copy inside and out. Near impossible to beat.
