Elton John Untitled 5LP Box Set DJM LSP 14512 - 1979
This is Elton's Box set of 4 LP's - 'Elton Rocks', 'Singles', 'Moods' and 'Early Years' plus the bonus LP 'Classics which has its own inner and outer sleeve with its own catalogue number LSP 13837. As I already had most of the original LPs in the 1970s, this was hardly played. I may have played them only once or twice, so the box and all the sleeves are in excellent condition with no splits or tears. Some of the sleeves have a few light brown foxing stains (see pictures), having been stored in the loft. I have played the LPs to check the condition and they all sound excellent, with no scratches, sticks, jumps or distortion. They have never been in a record cleaning machine. The labels are spotless and don't have any spindle marks. The famous poster by Roslan was never hung on the wall but it does have a light stain at the edge and some dark fingermark stains (see pictures). This may be printers ink from when you would get stains on your fingers when reading newspapers in the olden days. A low starting price and no reserve. I will send this as a 'Signed For' delivery, hence the postage cost.
