ELOY - Eloy Vinyl Debut LP Promo von 1971 - Mega-Rarität Krautrock - Progrock

Angeboten wird hier eine besondere Rarität, die fünfzig Jahre alte Promo-LP-Ausgabe des Eloy-Debuts. In super Zustand. VG+, lediglich ein paar hairlines und ein Kratzerchen auf Seite 2. Sie ist wirklich prima in Schuss.

Ich habe mal die Telefon-Nummer von Frank Bornemann auf der Eloy-homepage angerufen, um ihn zu fragen, ob er weiß, wieviele Exemplare es überhaupt davon gibt, doch die Nummer ist nicht mehr aktuell. Im Netz finde ich diese Version kein einziges mal. Vergleichbare Ausgaben um die Zeit findet man lediglich von Magma und Kraftwerk bei discogs (wo diese Promo nicht gelistet ist), jedoch besitzen nur zwei Handvoll Leute überhaupt solche Promos und nur die von Magma wird überhaupt, und dies nur 1 x, angeboten. Es ist, wie gesagt, ein wirklich rarer Schatz. Das Original von der Platte ist ja schon schwer zu bekommen, diese Promo noch mal zu finden, würde wohl mehr als schwierig.

Auch sie habe ich fotografiert, da ich aber kein Entspiegelungskünstler bin ist die Nummer nicht keicht zu erkennen, aber die Auflösung ist gut genug um zu erkennen wie sie lautet.

Ein Cover ist, so wie damals bei Promos oft der Fall, nicht mit dabei gewesen.

Selbstverständlich wird die Platte absolut Bruchsicher verpackt, denn ihr darf auf gar keinen fall etwas passieren und mit der Deutschen Post versichert versendet.

A special rarity is offered here, the fifty-year-old promotional LP edition of the Eloy debut. In great condition. VG +, just a few hairlines and a tiny scratch on side 2. It is really in great shape. Yesterday I tried to reach Frank Bornemann via his phone number on the Eloy homepage, to ask if he knew how many copies of it existed, but the number is no longer current. I don't find this version on the net once. Comparable editions around the time can only be found by Magma and Kraftwerk at discogs (where this promo is not listed), but only two handfuls of people have such promos and only Magma's is offered at all, and only once. As I said, it is a really rare treasure. The original from the record is hard to get, it would be more than difficult to find this promo again. I have uploaded photos, here is the matrix number from the outlet groove:

I also photographed it, but since I am not an anti-reflective artist, the number is not that clear, but the resolution is good enough to recognize what it is.

As was often the case with promos, a cover was not included.
