RECORD CONDITION IS EX+(LOOKS LIKE IT HAS ONLY BEEN PLAYED A FEW TIMES)
ORIGINAL SUE SLEEVE IS VG(HAS A COUPLE OF SMALL TEARS AND SOME CREASES)
