Description

Amazing music by Elmore, particularly 'Hand in hand' recorded in Canton, Mississippi along with Ike Turner in 1952. The incendiary guitar on this side is mind blowing. I would love to have been a fly on the wall during that session! Sounds like they were having a great time with Elmore's shouts of excitement. The reverse side was recorded in Chicago a year later and shows his more normal slide sound. Still wonderful.
