Condition Of Sleeve: Cover VG+ to ++,Cover is VERY nice, was kept in plastic and the front slick is nice and shiny! However there is a less than 3" split top at opening,  tiny bit of spine corners bareness,& tiny spot of beginning of chipping near top of spine,very light spotting on back.Other than the split, VG++.

Condition Of Record: LP is NM, VERY beautiful labels, wax is very clean, but the pressing is not mirrorlike, probably due to the fact that this was not a major label pressing.Super clean Sound! Hear samples in my uploads on my youtube channel named Real Records GA
