Crazy Little Mama
ORIGINAL totally machine Stamped deadwax matrix number pressing, see close-ups!
First pressing with NO TRADEMARK designation on the Vee Jay label
Clean labels WITH that "deep groove" and visible spindle marks on each side;
the Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: Vinyl looks strong vg with one or two traces
of barely audible embedded tiny paint spots in the grooves which track fine.
We spot-checked the intros and there's light random surface noise between tracks
and during quiet intros, but when the music kicks in, the music is loud and clear,
and the highs are crisp, and the BASS is tight and deep.
The pressing is perfectly centered, unlike the later pressings (represses)
that have etched matrix numbers and a TRADEMARK designation on the label text.
Those later pressing are usually off-center on both sides.
Jacket is vg overall (because of the back side) with
nice thick shiny glossy lamination on the front;
there is also some very minimal, hard-to-see shelf-wear on the front;
The back side has light moisture staining only near the opening edge,
and yellowing, but no serious damage, and all of the notes and photos are still intact.
The corners have light wear and light fraying, the spine has some splitting,
and the upper-right corner top edge is split one inch at the corner.
