GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a turntable Rega Planar 3 with a moving magnet cartridge Grado Statement 1. I listen EPs and singles 45  rpm. on a turntable Thorens TD 166 BC with a MM cartridge Goldring 1006. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : musica * di Egisto Macchi, orchestra di Giacomo Dell'Orso. Con I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni anche se non accreditati. La canzone "blueseggiante" ricorda discretamente " The House Of The Rising Sun ". Al di là di questa mia osservazione la ballata è ben cantata da Fidenco in Italiano. Buon organo, batteria e Coro.

Musica ** di Nico Fidenco, orchestra di Bruno Nicolai. Ancora I Cantori di Alessandroni.  Canzone allegra e dalla ritmica veloce.

Notes : music * Egisto Macchi, orchestra Giacomo Dell'Orso. Features I Cantori Moderni di Alessandroni even though uncredited. The bluesy ballad reminds sufficiently " The House Of The Rising Sun ". Beyond my observation the ballad is well sung by Fidenco in Italian. Good work from organ, drums and Chorus.

** Uno show d'intrattenimento in sei puntate, piuttosto intelligente scritto da Maurizio Costanzo e Sandro Continenza per la regia di Stefano Canzio. Fra i tanti : Ugo Tognazzi, Rosanna Schiaffino, Thomas Milian Ugo Gregoretti, Sandra Milo, Tomas Milian....
