Description
I never thought that I would do it, but I am selling my beloved record collection.
For sale here is Egg's classic and rare self titled first album on the Deram Nova label (Stereo SDN 14) from 1969.
Selling my albums does mean that I will have the pleasure of listening to the records again in order to grade them. I have used the Record Collector gradings:
Record: Ex The record has no marks at all and looks in really nice condition. There is some minor crackling in places on playing, but nothing more than you would expect.
Cover: Ex There is very minor ring ware on the front cover if you look closely and a couple of very small dinks, but basically it is in lovely condition. The back cover is in really nice condition. There is very minor ringware, but this is as good an example as you are likely to find.
Labels: Ex The labels are in almost perfect condition. There are minor spindle marks on one side on very close inspection.
All in all this is a superb copy of this rare progressive classic featuring Dave Stewart, Hugo Motgomery-Campbell and Clive Brooks. It took me years to track down a copy of this album to listen to.
