Description
This is the very rare "Audition Record" (meaning promotional) issue of the album by Eddie Cochran, "Eddie Cochran", issued on (American) Liberty LRP 3172 in 1960 following his untimely death. The record was sent to Decca Records in London, for consideration to be issued on its London label.
The disc is in very good condition with some surface markings and maybe one little scratch (in the seller's opinion, most American LP pressings from this period look second-hand when they are brand new), plus the original Liberty inner sleeve, and the sleeve is a good match (actually, the sleeve is excellent for its age).
