Description
Please check my other auctions as I have some other top quality 60’s vinyls on sale and I always combine postage. I always use brand new 7” mailers plus stiffeners so your items will arrive in great condition.
This is a superb Eddie Cochran 7" EP in lovely condition. 1959 first pressing with a tri-centre rather than the 2nd pressing rounded type from 1960 onwards. The pictures confirm that this EP is an original, comparatively rare in such fine condition and thus a very much sought after collector’s item.
Genuine first pressing with 1C/1C matrix numbers in the run out grooves.
Side One: C’mon Everybody / Sittin’ In The Balcony
Side Two: Summertime Blues / 20 Flight Rock
Sleeve is in top condition as illustrated with some very light wear, tiny marks in the laminate with no splits and no writing.
Record is excellent with some very light marks on the playing surfaces [see picture]. These have no effect the sound and listening experience, which is first class i.e. no clicks or background noise. Eddie has never sounded better than he does on this 45-RPM Extended Play record, which is the original UK 1959 first pressing.
