condition (jacket/vinyl): VG+ / VG-
Jacket has some slight wear to the lower spine, but is otherwise EX; vinyl has a number of marks that cause a bit of popping and background noise but overall not too bad. Good for the grade, very enjoyable
Very rare afrobeat LP from Ebo Taylor, a concept album about love, death, and god. Absolute monster throughout, and still very much unknown compared to his other releases!

All items on this auction have been played through to ensure quality. Please ask any questions before bidding. An African record graded "VG" will not be destroyed, but in decent playable condition. I would say this is the average grade for most African records that have been used but not abused. Bid with confidence.

Grading as follows:
NM (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint".
EX (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly).
VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise.
VG (Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart.
VG- (Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues.   Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold as-is.
