EAST RIVER PIPE

'She's A Real Good Time'

(SARAH 78) Sarah records

Originally released 1993

She's A Real Good Time

My Life Is Wrong / Times Square Go-Go Boy

The record has just extremely minimal light & faint surface marks and very minimal light & faint paper scuffs. All are barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks. Both labels are clean and have no spindle marks. Looks barely played. The record grades near mint condition.

The insert has just a little bit of fading on the top edge and grades excellent plus condition.

The fold-out sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear. Very minimal corner wear on the top right corner. Extremely minimal ring wear/rubbing marks(barely noticeable). As you can see in the picture the top edge and part of the left edge have faded, most likley due to being left in the light. No tears. No splits. The sleeve grades excellent condition.

If you don't want to pay the p+p, you can collect the item from me in person at one of the many record fairs i attend. Take a look at "Record Fairs worth visiting in Leeds" on FACEBOOK.
