Description
Yazoo L-1013, “East Coast Blues 1926-1935”. Original East 8th St. black label vinyl plays at NM with virtually no background sound, though keep in mind that some of the original 78s from which this LP was compiled sound fairly scratchy. Jacket has solid seams with no real wear; corners are square; there is a bit of ringwear along top front (see scan); jacket back has slight rubwear; there is no writing. Artists are Willie Walker, Blind Blake, William Moore, Carl Martin, Tarter & Gay, BoWeevil Jackson, Bayless Rose, and Chicken Wilson & Skeeter Hinton. Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $14.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, and Australia; elsewhere inquire. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 per LP domestic, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail for $11.75 extra is strongly recommended. (Last year, a package to the Netherlands was lost in shipment, resulting in disappointment on both sides.) Many old records are now practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than three LPs will be mailed together in a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped.
