Dwarf - 'Another Chance' b/w 'Perfect Pair' - Merlyn(3380)1977
Third single from this obscure Detroit-area band - very raw playing - primitive recording & crude pressing as well - 'Another Chance' is a rocking plea to give the band another try after selling nada on their previous two records(!?!) - 'Perfect Pair' is charming power pop - with promo insert! - audioclips from actual record below
CONDITION: this record was likely unplayed when I found it, however both sides have pressing flaws at end of each side( Archer must have pressed this at the end of a long night when quality control was a low priority...) both sides play through on my Technics 1200 w/ Shure cartridge - more sensitive turntable set-ups may have problems - my guess is that the pressing flaws have something to do with the rarity of this record( I've seen their other singles a few times each, but I've never seen this one before) - check the clips of the full songs below
GRADING NOTE: I use M/EX/VG/G/F/P & almost never grade anything 'Mint'
