Description
Here we have for sale a first stereo copy of Dusty's 1965 album in superb condition.
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter cleaner & the vinyl has come up spotless and very shiny with barely any marks visible - a faint scuff in sunlight, but that's it. I would say this has had very little play.
As always we playtested and it was an absolute delight to listen to! Fresh, warm and vibrant sound with great stereo imagery and Dusty's unmistakable vocals taking centre stage. No playback issues whatsoever with a low noise floor, the vinyl sits flat on the turntable with clean labels and spindle holes - see photos. Definitely NO jumping, sticking or pops.
The outer sleeve is heavy cardboard and is still clean, smooth & shiny with very light corner wear and just the beginnings of surface lift at the edges otherwise I would have graded NM. Amazingly clean with vibrant colour- it looks almost new! No spine wear, no writing, stains or tears. The STEREO sticker has been applied to the front as this would have been the first stereo pressing.
The inner attached booklet is in similar amazing shape. Just beginning to separate from the hard cover but, unlike most copies, this has not been repaired with tape.
The original pocket inner sleeve is still present at the back but the record is also in its poly sleeve which has helped to protect it over the years.
A lovely original album in super clean condition to own, play & enjoy!
