Description



Bell Sound Studios, NYC.  Dust Bowl Clementine.  This is an original 12" acetate cut in 1970 by Bell Sound.  This would become Dust Bowl Clementine's 1st (only?) album.  I do not know if the versions/ mixes of these songs differ from the Roulette album.  A visual grade of the acetate is VG with some surface scuffs.  A play grade is VG+ with some light surface noise but the music comes through loud and clear.  A sound clip of the song "The Flag" has been provided.  Please see note below about acetates.

CAUTION:  No attempt has been made to clean this acetate.  Cleaning an acetate is NOT like cleaning a conventional vinyl record.  It can be done but you must know what you're doing.  Do your research before attempting or you may ruin it.

GRADING

Near Mint or Mint Minus - A top copy with the most minimal of wear.

VG++ - Not quite near mint, but a super clean, desirable copy.

VG+ - Shows signs of wear but no significant defects.

VG - Obvious signs of wear but it still has life in it. VG does not mean beat.

VG minus - Moderate to heavy wear. OK if you need a filler copy.

G - Borders on unplayable - don't be be bothered unless it's very rare.
