Duke Ellington Album. His Master's Voice. 78 RPM. ***The complete set of six 10'' records*** Each record is individually sleeved, securely bound within cloth covered boards. B6351 / B6352 / B6353 / B6354 / B6355 / B6356. One track per side, consecutively numbered 1 to 12. 1. Harlemania 2. Jazz Lips 3. Saratoga Swing 4. Sloppy Joe 5. Old Man Blues 6. Japanese Dream 7. The Mooche 8. Mood Indigo 9.That Lindy Hop 10. Mississippi Dry 11. Black and Tan Fantasie 12. The Dicty Glide My research suggests that all 12 tracks were first recorded between 1929 - 1931. Fair to assume this album was probably released soon after. Circa early 1930s. All 12 tracks were played prior to listing. They all play very well, apart from the usual 78 hiss. An exceptionally rare Duke Ellington 'survivor' in very good vintage condition.
